Our Story
Prior to founding BioAlign Solutions as President, Nephi Jones worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific for over two decades. Serving in the SUT business with persistence as revenues grew over 20X during his tenure, adapting to increasing leadership roles in R&D as the company built much of what has become the SUT industry today. Key to this success was a strategy of working in very close collaboration with customers; and aligning mindset with both the largest and most innovate Biotech and BioPharm business in the world.
